I ordered these becasue the price was right and I needed them for a rental property for a couple of years. When my husband got them assembled I was BLOWN AWAY. THEY ARE GORGEOUS, STURDY and COMFORTABLE (oversized even allowing for a well endowed rump). In addition so far they have been strudy enough that my childern 2 and 5 have not manage to turn them over when climbing and hanging off sides. I have had them for almost 2 months. They went BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. I would highly reccomend them!!!

These stools are simply the most comfortable stools ever. And, they are well-made and attractive. We just remodeled out kitchen and needed seating for our pennisula/table. Our table legs were similar to the stool legs so we were hopeful that they would look nice. We were thrilled! Simple and easy to assemble - my husband says. Since everyone always gathers in the kitchen we were running out of seating too fast. So we got four more. I think what makes them so comfortable is that they have a slight curve which cups your backend - this makes for serious comfort if you are sitting for any length of time. I've seen company sit two ways on the stool - saddle-style and then bench-style. Both ways are comfortable. Once you get the stool assembled you can only be amazed at the price because they look so expensive. We been using them for three months and they are sturdy, solid and look great. You cannot go wrong with these stool!

It was annoying to put these together, but the end result was some absolutely beautiful, big seated chairs. I have never had so much trouble trying to get screws to line up and one of the chairs has a slightly longer leg. I tried taking it apart and putting it back together, but it didn't fix the problem. I still love the chairs. The seat cushion is large enough for me to sit cross legged, and they are just soft enough.
