This fan is good for a gentle breeze that does not blow everything off your desk. It's a bit noisy if you like it quiet, but if you normally have music playing you won't notice the fan noise. I bought it specifically to circulate air for my 100+ seedlings and it works perfectly for that. It keeps condensation off the seedlings but does not stress them.

the noise gets to me a little bit, but i ned this on my desk in the morning when i go to work, the office is so stuffy. I can put up with a little noise, but I can't put up with the stuffiness. Whew, is this thing a relief.
